Remote Assistant Inspector of Ancient Monuments

Historic England is offering a full-time, permanent role as Assistant Inspector of Ancient Monuments in London with hybrid working. You will join the London Development Advice Team to deliver statutory and non-statutory advisory services for changes in the historic environment, using constructive conservation principles and working with owners and authorities.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, with expertise in rural archaeology and knowledge of countryside stewardship and planning
