Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Wales is seeking a skilled mental health nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team at the Maritime Resource Centre. The post holder will deliver evidenced-based, holistic care, basing decisions on mental health legislation and MDT collaboration.
You will manage a caseload, provide assessment, treatment and evaluation, and work with Local Authority, Primary Care and third sector partners to improve services.
