Home IV Nurse: PN Specialist & Community Care

Inizio Engage is recruiting a community-based Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-centred PN and IV therapies in patients' homes across Kent and surrounding areas. Travel between visits is part of the role, with 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will assess, educate and support patients and carers, collaborating with NHS teams and clinical mentors to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home.
