HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality care to NHS patients across the East of England, within the Great Yarmouth area .
This role is ideal for Community Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or experienced Registered Nurses looking for flexible bank work while continuing to provide meaningful patient care.
As a Community Bank Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients in their own homes, helping support earlier discharge from hospital, prevent readmission and enable patients to recover safely within the community.
Patients on this pathway will be discharged from James Paget University Hospital , so you will need to live within, or be able to comfortably travel across, a 15-mile radius of Great Yarmouth (NR31 6LA) .
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration, current revalidation and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience in community, acute or equivalent nursing settings.
You will be confident working autonomously within the community, with strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
Compassionate and collaborative, you will build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues while delivering high standards of patient-centred care.
As this is a mobile community-based role, you will also need a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and appropriate insurance .
HomeLink Healthcare is a clinician-led Hospital at Home service provider working in partnership with both private practice and NHS hospitals, consultants, community providers and GPs.
We believe patients should have the choice to receive safe, high-quality care in their own homes whenever possible. Our skilled nursing and therapy teams deliver specialist care that helps prevent hospital admission and supports patients to return home sooner.
HomeLink Healthcare welcomes applications from people with different backgrounds and experiences and is committed to supporting neurodiverse colleagues.
If you require adjustments during the recruitment process (for example receiving interview questions in advance), please let us know.
