Raynet Recruitment seeks a Registered Care Manager to lead our 7-bed registered care home in Enfield and a 9-flat supported living block in the Chingford/Epping area. You will oversee ~28 staff, ensure high-quality care, and work from on-site offices with direct reporting to the Director/owner. CQC registration required with 2+ years in a similar role.
Ideal candidates live nearby and drive are preferred to support multi-site coverage. Salary is £50k+ per annum and we are looking to start ASAP.
