GI Cancer CNS: Expert Nurse Navigator & Care Advocate

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to join the Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer Clinical Nurse team on a fixed-term secondment to 31 March 2027. You will deliver holistic GI cancer care, provide specialist advice and care coordination, and work with the multidisciplinary team to develop skills and maintain high standards of evidence-based practice.
