Deliver exceptional patient care!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our dynamic Pre-Operative Assessment Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising patients for surgery, improving patient pathways, and shaping the future of perioperative care.
As an ACP within the Pre-Operative Assessment Service, you will work autonomously whilst collaborating closely with Consultant Anaesthetists, our Physician Associate and Nursing Team. You will use advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose and optimise patients ahead of elective procedures, ensuring they are appropriately prepared for surgery and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality perioperative care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACP to make a real difference to patient outcomes, influence service development, and play a key role in delivering high-quality pre assessment and perioperative care.
For further information please email Head of Nursing & Clinical Services.
Closing date Friday 30th October 2026 and interviews will be held on Monday, 09th November 2026.
We will contact all shortlisted candidates but please note Practice Plus Group retain the right to remove the advert prior to the closing date if a suitable candidate is appointed. Our employment offers are subject to receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks.
At Practice Plus Group, we actively promote diversity and equal opportunities.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
