Hybrid Team Manager, Mental Health Support (MHST)

OTR Bristol is seeking a Team Manager to lead our Mental Health Support Team (MHST), operating in partnership with Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS. The role provides strategic leadership to supervisors, HI-CBT practitioners, and locality MHST teams working with schools to ensure timely, high-quality early interventions for children and young people.

You will drive recruitment and development of the team, work across the local area, and model anti-oppressive practice.
