Endocrine Nurse Specialist & Clinic Lead

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Endocrine Nurse Specialist to provide specialist assessment, treatment and ongoing management for patients with endocrine disorders. You will autonomously manage a complex caseload and establish nurse-led clinics both in person and virtually.

You will act as the key worker for patients with complex endocrine conditions, ensuring continuity of care along the pathway and supporting inpatient care with safe discharge planning
