Personal Development & Art Support Worker

C-Change Scotland is seeking a Personal Development Worker to join Tom's team in Govan on a temporary, part-time basis. The role supports Tom with daily routines, personal care where needed, and accompanying him to art classes and community activities.

The ideal candidate is caring, reliable and enjoys promoting independence, wellbeing and meaningful activities. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential; training is provided, and you will work within a self-managing team to help Tom
