Rapid Response Mental Health Practitioner – On-Scene & Telehealth

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Rapid Response mental health professionals to work across Sussex. You will perform person-centred assessments and develop onward care plans, delivered by telephone, virtually or on-scene, with support from a community worker for carers and administrative tasks.

The role operates 24/7 with a mix of long days and shift patterns. You will join a team partnering with Blue Light Line to provide timely clinical advice and appropriate care,
