Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our team leaders enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well-rounded adults - an incredibly rewarding role to have. There will be challenges along the way, but also those small moments that feel like huge victories!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. Our team leaders are fulfilled by affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, celebrating the little things.
We celebrate everyone's differences and promote inclusion. Our young people come from diverse backgrounds, and our workforce reflects this.
Requirements:
New team leaders will join our 'Care Academy' for 4 weeks of training with experienced professionals to support your preparation.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. We are a specialist provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs, embracing individuality and championing neurodiversity.
Applications from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities are welcome. We are committed to inclusive recruitment and workplace practices. We support adjustments throughout the process and in employment. This role requires an enhanced DBS check (cost covered) and an online search.
