Independent Mental Health Triage Clinician Flexible Working

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust seeks an enthusiastic clinician to join the Wandsworth Single Point of Access team. You will autonomously assess adults' mental health care needs, delivering safe, timely care and signposting as appropriate.

You will collaborate with the Consultant Psychiatrist Team and other clinicians to maintain governance standards, support daily team functioning, and ensure high-quality assessments, discharges and signposting for service users.
