Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at Band 6 for 22.5 hours per week, based at Broomfield Hospital in Broomfield. This post supports paediatric diabetes care across hospital and community settings.
The CNS will provide expert, family-centred care to children and young people with diabetes, lead insulin therapy optimisation, CGM/pump education, and teach families and staff.
