Customer Enablement & Change Coach

SpacetoCo is expanding its UK team and seeks a flexible, people‑minded Associate who can teach customers and drive adoption of our platform.

You will switch hats between training, onboarding and change support for diverse organisations, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, patience and creative problem solving. Based in Birmingham, you’ll collaborate with our UK, Australia and New Zealand teams to scale adoption and ensure customers love the product.
