Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Dinnington practice in 62 Laughton Road, Sheffield, S25 2PS. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk

The working pattern for this role is Tuesday 2:00pm - 6:30pm, Wednesday 8:45am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break on Wednesday and Friday, totalling 20 hours per week. There may also be opportunities to work additional hours to provide cover for annual leave, sickness and other practice absences as required. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible

• Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
• Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
• Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
• Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
