Showroom Design & Sales Advisor — Inspire & Convert

B&Q Redditch is hiring a Showroom Advisor for full-time, 36.75 hours per week, permanent contract. You'll focus on customers, design with software to create kitchen and bathroom ideas, and guide them from inspiration to delivery, including face-to-face and virtual support.

You’ll need strong communication, relationship-building, and a drive to hit targets. Weekend/evening/bank holiday rota, full training, and a rewards scheme with bonuses and awards are part of the role.
