Christmas Store Ops Assistant (Evenings & Weekends)

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll work across the store with flexibility to cover shifts and use digital tools to track stock and deliveries.

The role emphasises pace, accuracy and teamwork, with additional hours possible during peak periods. There is an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked 22:00–06:00.
