Applefields School in York is seeking a Bespoke Learning Coordinator to develop, coordinate and deliver bespoke provision for young people with highly complex social, emotional and mental health needs. They will also work in off-site settings to deliver planned interventions.
The successful applicant will adapt curriculum pathways, deliver and quality assure learning activities, under the supervision of a staff team of Lead Practitioners.
