QA is seeking an ambitious Product & Customer Success Executive to sit at the centre of our AI startup, helping onboarding, gathering feedback, and shaping the Harold product. Working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Manchester, you will collaborate with customers, product and engineering to deliver value quickly.
You will own onboarding, collect user feedback, translate needs into requirements, and assist with integrations and testing.
