What does being a sales advisor involve?

• Joining a lively sales team in our Warrington contact centre.
• Training to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• Helping customers navigate the different tech products we sell.
• Having great listening skills and being a fluent talker.
• Using customer cues to match them with the perfect product.

Myths About Sales

• It's not "cold calling." The calls come in to you, and you decide how best to help the customer.
