VNA & MHE Drivers - Kettering / Burton Latimer

Pay: £14.06 - £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)

Shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 (fixed or rotating)

Nights: 10pm-6am (Mon night start - Sat morning finish)

Start: Inductions this week | Roles commence next week | START ASAP

Contract: Ongoing until Christmas

Role Overview

Fox Resourcing are recruiting experienced VNA & MHE Drivers for our client based in Kettering / Burton Latimer. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work through peak season, with the chance of a permanent role for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• * Operate VNA trucks and MHE equipment safely and efficiently
• * Support stock put‑away, replenishment, and pallet movements
• * Work within fast‑paced warehouse operations
• * Follow all site safety rules and procedures
• * Complete tasks accurately to maintain stock integrity
• * Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• * Accredited FLT licence - RTITB preferred
• * Previous VNA/MHE experience
• * Good understanding of warehouse processes
• * Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts
• * Reliability and strong work ethic
• * In‑house refresh available if required

Shifts Available

• * 6am-2pm
• * 2pm-10pm
• * Rotating 6-2 / 2-10
• * Nights: 10pm-6am (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rates

• * £14.06 - £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)
