Venue Experience & Operations Assistant
London
Make UK’s Broadway House venue in Westminster is seeking a Venues Support Assistant to join the Operations team.
5 days out of 7, 8 hour shifts between 7:45am and 9:00pm (generally 10 - 6 / 11 - 7) - some Saturday work required
We’re looking for a Venues Support Assistant to join the team at Make UK’s Broadway House venue in Westminster.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be part of the Operations team, helping to make sure our meetings, events and day-to-day venue services run smoothly and that every customer receives a great experience.
From setting up meeting rooms and helping clients with AV, to supporting the catering and reception teams, there’s plenty of variety. You’ll be someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in getting the details right and is always happy to pitch in and help.
You don't need to have experience in every part of the role as training will be provided , but you'll need to bring a positive attitude and a genuine focus on customer service.
You'll take pride in making sure everything looks right and works properly before a customer arrives. You'll spot when something needs doing rather than waiting to be asked, and you'll be happy to support colleagues across the venue when things get busy.
Most importantly, you'll care about the customer experience and be someone who brings energy, professionalism and a friendly approach to the team.
