Operations Assistant - Aston - Pipe and Climate

Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding customers' expectations regarding service and delivery, as well as capitalising upon any available sales opportunities.
• Stock related duties, such as helping load and unload vehicles, picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries ensuring products are allocated to the correct areas.
• Various customer related tasks as requested by the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous
• Positive attitude and confident speaking to people
• Excellent customer service skills

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
