Contract: Various - Full-time / Part-time / Ongoing

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Wolverhampton College to recruit enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their growing support team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of learners by providing high-quality, personalised support across a range of courses and learning needs.

About the Role

Provide in-class support to students with a range of additional learning needs (SEND, SEMH, physical needs, cognitive learning needs, etc.)
Help learners access the curriculum and develop independence
Support lecturers with adapting resources and managing classroom expectations
Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions where required,
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
Record progress and contribute to learner support plans.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting young people or adults in an educational, care, or support setting,
A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach,
Strong communication and teamwork skills,
Ability to adapt to different subjects and learning styles,
Level 2/3 Support qualification is desirable but not essential,
A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
