Ormiston Forge Academy is seeking a safeguarding support worker to join the safeguarding and pastoral team, supporting vulnerable students and their families and helping to remove barriers to learning so pupils feel safe, heard and supported.
Working with the DSL/DDSL, pastoral staff, attendance and behaviour teams, you will manage a caseload and play a key role in protecting the welfare of children and young people, including 1:1 wellbeing work and safeguarding online safety.
