Wild Capital is on a mission to protect nature - permanently. We're one of the UK's largest suppliers of high-integrity Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units and Nutrient Neutrality credits, working with developers, infrastructure projects and land promoters across the country. Our national network of habitat banks means that when we close a deal, real land is protected, for good.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, organised Commercial Operations Coordinator to sit at the heart of our commercial engine. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll own the end-to-end flow of our sales operations - from the moment an enquiry lands to the moment a quote goes out and a deal progresses. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, nothing gets lost, and every opportunity has a clear next step.

This isn't a passive support role. You'll be encouraged to spot what's slowing us down and fix it - improving templates, tightening workflows, and making the whole commercial function faster and more responsive.

What You’ll Do

  • Own inbound enquiry triage - assess urgency, route correctly, and ensure same-day responses
  • Run our high-volume quoting process (typically 75–100 quotes per week) with pace and accuracy
  • Keep our CRM clean, current and reliable - deals, contacts, stages, next steps
  • Coordinate meetings and stakeholder comms, maintaining momentum with clear follow-ups
  • Chase stalled opportunities and keep the pipeline movingIdentify inefficiencies and suggest practical fixes that make the team faster and calmer

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a genuine love of process
  • Clear, confident communicator - comfortable with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • Some experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a process-heavy environment is a plus - but attitude and aptitude matter most

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic: up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Immediate start preferred

Wild Capital is an equal opportunities employer. We're committed to building an inclusive team and are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process.
