KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Pickers & Packers for our client based in St Neots.
As a Picker & Packer , you will be working as part of a busy warehouse team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently.
Working Hours & Shifts
Monday - Friday
06:00 until 14:00 Week 1, 14:00 until 22:00 Week 2
Inductions: 9th October.
Start dates available from as early as 12th October
Fixed-term contract
Duties & Responsibilities
Picking products accurately from warehouse locations
Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality
Labelling and preparing parcels for delivery
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well individually and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
Able to follow instructions and work to set targets
