Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities will include;

• Providing customer support to ensure proposals are correctly designed to suit requirements
• Creating quotes, processing orders and updating delivery information
• Following up on enquiries, proposals and tenders
• Confident communicator, both on the telephone, via email and face to face
• The ability to build strong relationships with customers

This role may suit someone already in a similar position within customer services, internal sales, sales support, client support services, sales order processing, technical support or similar roles.
