Information Coordinator – Construction / MOJ Projects

4 days office-based, 1 day remote

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Information Coordinator to join an established construction business supporting a portfolio of Ministry of Justice (MOJ) projects.

Based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Coordinator or strong Document Controller looking to take on wider information management responsibilities within a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate project documentation and information across multiple stakeholders.
Maintain and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, ensuring accurate document control and information flow.
Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and established information management procedures.
Manage document submissions, reviews, approvals and distribution.
Maintain accurate document registers, revision histories and audit trails.
Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure information is issued accurately and on time.
Support the implementation and improvement of document control and information management processes.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Information Coordinator, Document Controller or in a similar construction-related role.
Strong working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), such as Viewpoint, Dalux, Aconex, Asite or similar.
Good understanding of ISO 19650, CDE management and document control procedures.
Excellent organiser skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
BPSS clearance as a minimum, with SC clearance highly desirable.
Previous MOJ or public-sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

If you are an experienced Information Coordinator or Document Controller with strong EDMS knowledge and an understanding of information management processes.
