Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a leading organisation in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at the WCH Warehouse on a contract basis. The role will focus on accurate inventory management, order fulfilment, stock control and maintaining reliable warehouse records throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations within the renewables environment
• Managing inventory levels, stock movements and distribution activities
• Ensuring accurate order fulfilment and timely processing of warehouse requests
• Maintaining detailed inventory records using SAP or a similar ERP system
• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently where required
• Supporting health, safety and environmental procedures across the warehouse
• Prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and relevant operational teams

Job Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control or supply chain operations
• Qualified forklift truck driver with a clean driving licence
• IT literacy, including experience using SAP or a similar ERP system and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English language ability
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new software tools
• GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications

Desirable Skills:

• Previous SAP experience
• Health, safety and environmental experience
• Strong general IT skills
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy

Contract Details:

This contract role is expected to run from 19 October 2026 until 31 March 2027, supporting the Operations function at the WCH Warehouse.
