Job Tittle : Part Time Cleaning SupervisorRate of pay: £13.22 per hourPosition Type: PermanentEmployment Type: Part Time Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 18 hoursShift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 15:00 -19:30 but can be flexible Location: E.ON Next, Granite House, Granite Way, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, England, LE7 1PL, Supervise, support, train and develop the cleaning team.

• -Maintain high cleaning, customer service and quality standards.
• -Manage staffing, absence, holidays, uniforms and stock.
• -Ensure schedules, SLAs and Health & Safety/QHSE procedures are followed.
• -Resolve operational issues and **escalate** concerns where required.
• -Work closely with the Facilities Manager, onsite team and other stakeholders.
• -Be flexible with duties and hours to meet business needs.

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience.

• -Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• -Ability to work independently and to schedule.
• -Reliable, hardworking and committed to excellent service.
• -A positive approach to continuous improvement.
