Delivery and Operations Manager

WRK digital are proud to be working exclusively with a growing consultancy to recruit a Delivery & Operations Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys bringing structure, organisation, and visibility to delivery operations.

Working closely with operational and delivery leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately resourced, delivery information remains up to date, and teams have the insights they need to plan effectively.

We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. Rather than working from a fixed task list, you'll be trusted to identify priorities, manage competing demands, and keep things moving across multiple areas of the business.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of delivery operations, helping to maintain resource plans, project data, schedules, and capacity forecasts while providing coordination support across projects and wider business operations.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in delivery operations, PMO, project coordination, business operations, or resource management who enjoys working across both strategic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations & Resource Planning

• Maintain project and resource information within planning and forecasting systems.
• Monitor team capacity, project allocations, utilisation, and upcoming demand.
• Identify potential resource gaps, scheduling clashes, and under-utilisation risks.
• Support leaders with visibility of current and future resource requirements.
• Ensure project plans, allocations, and timelines remain accurate and up to date.
• Assist with Statements of Work, project administration, and delivery reporting.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and operational records.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate lower-complexity projects from initiation through to completion.
• Support delivery leads with project administration and coordination activities.
• Track actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure progress is maintained.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Support client communications where required.

Business Operations

• Take ownership of operational initiatives and administrative activities.
• Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Assist with contractor onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain operational processes and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation.
