We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Construction Administrator to join a busy and growing construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a construction office who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be a forward thinker, able to anticipate the needs of the team, manage multiple priorities, and provide first-class administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary Duties:

• Manage drawing issues from consultants.
• Undertake and file site progress photographs.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain filing & collation of delivery notes.
• Manage office materials & supplies.
• Support to Site Managers
• Undertake all duties in accordance with site Health andSafety requirements.
• Record receipt of materials delivered to site.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience within the construction industry or a construction office.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.
