SMO/PMO Coordinator

• Function / team: Service Delivery / Service & Project Delivery
• Contract: Permanent, full time
• Security clearance: BPSS and SC clearance required

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting service desk activity, customer enquiries, ticket updates and issue tracking.
• Coordinating service and project tasks, meetings, actions and updates.
• Helping with resource planning, scheduling, logistics and deployment readiness.
• Maintaining accurate information across key business systems.
• Supporting reporting, purchase orders, billing administration and process improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Highly organised, proactive and detail focused.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
• Collaborative, customer focused and comfortable working across teams.
• Good communication skills and confidence using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience in service desk, operations support, PMO, coordination or administration would be beneficial.
