Mindful Guest Experience Lead

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, drive engagement and education, and foster a service-led environment. You will oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruit and develop talent, and guide performance with feedback to improve store results.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, collaboration with store leaders, and the ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest expectations.
