Horizon Teachers is recruiting an experienced Data Administrator for a well-regarded secondary school in Southwark, South East London. This is a full-time, temporary role supporting the school’s data team, ideal for someone who can step in quickly and keep the school’s systems accurate and up to date.

The role:

Data Administrator, secondary school setting

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Temporary contract until Christmas, with a possible extension

ASAP start

Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience using Bromcom MIS (essential)
• Has previous experience in a school data, MIS, or administration role, ideally in a secondary setting
• Is confident with accurate data entry, reporting, and keeping records up to date
• Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Is comfortable working closely with the Data Director and wider school staff
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
