Blue Cross is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Teddington store. This permanent, part-time role (14 hours over 2 days) offers a pro rata salary of £10,906 per year.
You will support the Shop Manager, manage volunteers, and help turn donations into meaningful impact for sick, injured and homeless pets. You will lead a small team, develop volunteers, and ensure a friendly customer experience while driving sales and merchandising in a community-focused shop.
