Holiday Food Retail Frontline Customer Assistant

Marks & Spencer in Coventry is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of service. You will help customers, keep shelves stocked, and deliver five-star service even when the store is busy.

You’ll be digitally confident, using the Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and locate products, while staying flexible to work across different store areas.
