What you will do:

• Carry out the opening and closing of premises, ensuring buildings are secure at all times.
• Undertake basic maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical checks, and general upkeep.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of buildings and surrounding areas, liaising with cleaning teams where required.
• Conduct health and safety checks, including fire safety equipment, alarm systems, and hazard identification.

Basic education

GCSEs or equivalent.

Relevant maintenance or facilities qualification

Desirable.

Registration & Compliance

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and fire safety procedures.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities (where applicable).
• Enhanced DBS clearance (where required).
