Once fully inducted/trained, hybrid working is available in their Bedford-based offices, working 2 days per week from home.

The role:

This varied Business Support Coordinator role will involve processing and managing multiple sales orders, dealing with any issues that may arise along the way - working in a busy, multi-tasking and positive environment.

You will be working closely with various departments across the business as well as building great relationships with clients - a real people-person role!

The Person:

Experience dealing with contracts and processing sales orders (coordinating all parts of the order, liaising with the sales team and service desk, processing the sale in SAP) is preferred
Exceptional administration, planning and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain discreet and retain confidential information
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Highly motivated, with a positive 'can-do' attitude & tenacity
Ability to flex working style and activity to best meet the needs of the business
Resilient, with the ability to prioritise and stay calm and collected under pressure
High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Previous experience working with SAP would be advantageous but not essential - training provided.

Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £27,000 plus 10% Bonus + Pension (6% Employer Contribution, 3% Employee Contribution) + Life Assurance + 26 days holiday (exclusive of Bank holidays), hybrid-working 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. (2 days in the office following induction).
