Bradford College is seeking a Work-Based Learning Coach to join the Progression to Learning & Work department. This part-time role (18.5 hours/week) focuses on providing 1:1 and group support for students on work placements, including in community settings.
You will liaise with employers, adapt resources for SEND/EHCPs, and promote positive learning outcomes while tracking student wellbeing and progress.
