Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Start Time 3am - Working any 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends
Location: Bridgwater, TA6 4AT

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
• Innovate & Optimize: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous and practical experience managing a team, either within the transport/logistics sector or in another operational environment; experience as a Transport Supervisor or Team Leader is highly desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft office package experience – essential
