Rostering Specialist: Maintenance & Safe Operations

Network Rail in Bedford is seeking a detail-focused Rostering Administrator to compile, maintain and publish accurate rosters using the Corporate Rostering Tool. You will coordinate cover for sickness, leave, training and interviews, and work with local managers to validate data.

The role requires excellent knowledge of national rostering principles, strong data reporting skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. Travel to other route locations will be required.
