Parts Sales Advisor

Location: South Normanton, DE55 2FH
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00
Overtime: Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:00 on a rota basis (paid as overtime)

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing depot based in South Normanton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced parts professional with strong customer service and sales skills to become part of a successful team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, identifying and supplying parts, processing orders and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
• Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle or machinery parts
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Maximising sales opportunities and promoting products
• Managing stock enquiries and availability checks
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate records and system updates

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within a parts sales, parts advisor or automotive parts role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident using computer systems and parts databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and positive approach to work

Package:

• £29,000 annual salary
• Overtime available for Saturday rota shifts
