We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly successful property organisation seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Coordinator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary

£32,000 per annum

The Role

As a Lettings Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the lettings operation, ensuring properties are marketed efficiently, compliance processes run smoothly, and both landlords and tenants receive an excellent service throughout their journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating the onboarding of new landlords and properties
• Arranging photography, floorplans, EPCs, and marketing materials
• Creating and updating property listings across marketing platforms
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Managing compliance documentation and tenancy administration
• Responding to enquiries and providing updates throughout the lettings process
• Assisting with invoicing, reporting, and general office administration
• Supporting a busy team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative experience (ideally 1+ year)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Previous experience within property, estate agency, lettings, or sales administration would be beneficial but isn't essential.
