Customer Advisor – Life & Pensions (Mon–Fri, 37.5h)

Diligenta in Salisbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls about life assurance, savings, investments, or pensions. You’ll support customers through retirement planning, updates to personal information, and family financial needs. Training is provided, and prior financial services experience isn’t essential.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm, 37.5 hours per week, with a starting salary from £26,228 per year and no weekend/evening work.
