Fulfillment Center Lead - Ops & Team Coach

Amazon in the United Kingdom is hiring an FC Lead to act as the first point of contact on shift, ensuring processes are followed and operations run smoothly in our Fulfilment Centres.

Based on site in Scotland, you’ll monitor workflows, train colleagues, and support the Shift/Area Manager with safety, quality and productivity improvements, while escalating issues when needed. You’ll collaborate with other teams to resolve constraints and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
