We are recruiting for a sales support administrator who can start a full-time permanent role. We may consider applicants wanting a part-time position.
To provide administrative and coordination support to our sales team, ensuring that customer orders and sales information are accurate and processed efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Be the first point on contact for customer enquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and other sales documentation.
Support our external sales representatives.
Enter and maintain customer and product information in our CRM system.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Communicate order details to the Operations Manager.
Track order progress and provide customers with updates.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and order histories.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and orders.
Ensure sales documentation is filed and maintained correctly.
Occasional assistance in our warehouse for lite duties, will involve manual work.
Experience:
Experience in customer service and sales administration.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident speaking with customers and resolving issues
Customer focused with a willingness to learn and develop
