Retail Customer Experience Associate

William Hill is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our shops across the United Kingdom. You’ll be the face of the business, welcoming customers, processing bets, and helping guests with terminals in a fast paced, friendly environment.

You’ll build relationships with customers, promote safer gambling, and support shop managers with displays and opening/closing duties. We offer flexible hours, annual reviews, a birthday day off, pension contributions, and colleague discounts.
